When do you send out grading submissions?

We process and ship all grading submissions on the last business day of every month. This gives you plenty of time to get your cards ready and included in that month's submission batch.

Is my submission insured or guaranteed?

All submissions are made at your own risk. While I take every possible precaution to protect and care for your cards, I cannot accept liability for loss, damage, or any outcome once the cards are in transit or in the hands of grading companies. That said, I treat every card as if it were my own and will always do my best to ensure a smooth, safe process.

For added protection, the appropriate card values are declared on all grading submissions to ensure coverage under the grading companies' insurance policies in the event of any issue.

Which grading companies do you submit to?

I have memberships with all three major grading companies:

- PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator)

- BGS (Beckett Grading Services)

- CGC (Certified Guaranty Company)

Additionally, I work closely with a personal representative at BGS to help ensure that submissions are handled efficiently and professionally.

Note: Submissions to grading companies outside of PSA, BGS, and CGC must be requested separately. We will discuss the details with you directly after you get in touch.

Will I get updates during the process?

Yes! You will receive updates throughout the entire process — from the moment your cards arrive, through cleaning/restoration, submission to the grading company, and upon return. Communication and transparency are priorities for me!

How do you handle and protect my cards during the process?

We take card security and handling extremely seriously. All cards are handled using gloves or with extreme care to avoid surface damage, fingerprints, or additional wear. Cards are kept in secure, organized storage from the moment they arrive until they are submitted or returned. During cleaning and restoration, only non-invasive, safe techniques are used. Your cards are always treated with the same level of attention and respect that we would give to our own personal collections.

How does insurance, shipping, and return shipping work?

Insurance, shipping, and return shipping will be invoiced separately once your cards are ready to be returned. The invoice will include a section where you can select your preferred return shipping method and whether you would like to require a signature upon delivery.

Insurance costs will vary depending on the number of cards submitted and the grading company used, as different companies have different policies and fee structures.

Important: Your return shipping invoice must be paid in full before your cards can be shipped back to you.
